John Greer
John Greer serves as the Executive Director of the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society. In his nearly 20 years as a leader in animal well-being, John has established a number of milestones on behalf of animals including a low-cost spay/neuter clinic and introducing mobile spay/neuter services in Canada. In 2013, John launched a program of Animal Wellness days, working in partnership with a number of Indigenous Communities across Ontario. John is well known for his collaborative approach to solving problems with sustainable, community-based programming, and works across the country with various non-profits to transfer vulnerable animals to sites where homes are waiting.
